To DA's point, people are more hyper these days than in the past because they're getting bombarded with these stories 24/7. In the past, they'd see something in the morning news that would make their head explode then they'd have several hours to chill out. Now they're getting the stories every 10-15 minutes all day long, and they're constantly frothing at the mouth. People have gained an inordinate amount of information without the ability to process it properly. People have no perspective, and that's why gun ammo is so fucking expensive right now.
