Well I can say I did do a little pointing and laughing (Nelson 'Ha ha' style) at the TV when I saw the crowds in Chicago go "EeeeeEEEEhh???.....Aaaaahhhhhh....." when they heard the news. Its like a thousand people all at once going "Here it is guys! We won this bish!......wait, what?....aaaaaah fuck....(kicks dirt)"

They were just so sure they'd get it if the messiah went there on their behalf. And it was almost like Obama's speach was saying "You guys should give it to Chicago because you guys like ME! Do it for your pal Obama."

For the past few months he has gone around the world apologizing for how crappy America is and then he come right back to try to promote how wonderful Chicago is. Can't have it both ways buddy.

If we're going to nit-pick, he's spent the past few months apologizing for how crappy America was. Which were those? Guess what, as a contractor, I don't have health insurance and I don't want the government to step in and make me buy it, or penalize me for not having it. Governments thrive on power and furnishing them with more of it will do more in diminishing liberty than creating a panacea of health care for all. The downsides of all these European/Canadian models are not preferable to the upside of "universal care" they provide. Also, I try to stay away from here due to hostility from leftist types (name-change request, I'm looking at you) but sometimes can't resist with the current status quo. Leave WOW out of it.

You call it my own world but yet I'm hardly alone in my thoughts. I haven't seen any refutations from yourself about this administration's involvement with Honduras, for instance, so that makes us even.
