What type of club was this last one? I heard it on the news this morning but I missed that part.

Are you guys talking about the Providence fire?

I think it was a club and Great White was playing.
Their pyrotechnics caused a stage fire that the audience thought was part of the show. They apparently didn't have a permit for said pyrotechs.

I KNOW!!! Here's a quote from the governor, I suppose he's talking about the tragedy of the fire, and not the tragedy of the fact that Great White actually had a paid gig in their town.

'Rhode Island's Gov. Don Carcier called the incident a "terrible, terrible tragedy."

"There are going to be all kinds of questions about 'How could this happen?' 'Why did this happen?' 'How was this allowed to occur?'" the governor said. "The fire marshal says it was not permitted. So why did this go on?" '

I'm pretty sure this goes without saying, but my brother and I, I think , are clearly making fun of Great White, and NOT of the 40+ people who lost their lives.
