Should I be afraid?

I mean is there a real big threat of terrible things happening here in the US, or will the War stuff mainly be kept over in Iraq? I mean should I be afraid? Sorry if this has been talked about before, but what are the chances of some serious violence happening over here?

Personally, I wouldn't freak out if I were you. However, just keep in mind these are critical times and be aware of current events and how they might effect you and how you live day to day.

I would say NO don't be afraid. Being afraid is exactly what the US govt, the US media and even anti-American terrorists want you to be. They want you to be scared that your dont have the right kind of tennis shoes to not doing drugs to "axis of evil" dictators like Saddam. Whatever they can do scare you directly into their adgenda they will do it. There is enough fear inbedded into American society that i have decided for myself that i will not live in fear. If war starts and the empire of the USA falls eventually, then hopfully ill be doing something that makes me happy like making music or making love to my girlfriend when a bomb levels this city. I like being aware of whats going on, but living is fear is no life at all.
