Congress to vote on RAVE BILL tonight...

apparently they have attached this "RAVE" act to the Amber Alert bill. this act will allow police to treat gatherings (ie raves, parties, concerts, etc.) as 'crackhouses', which means if 1 person is caught using, selling drugs, the promoter/property owner could be fined, regardless how hard they try to stop it.

Already passed in the House, the Senate still has to vote...
