careful what your friends or someone you know does (accomplices?), you may be held resonsible as well. this case in Denver, Co does make me raise an eye brow "This is a significant issue not yet resolved by our Supreme Court: At what point does the fact of arrest cut off potential culpability for a murder committed by an accomplice?" - but why stop at murder whatabout other offenses I wonder, do they apply this same law in regards to other offenses?? - news link < - - clicky thoughts?

That's absurd. I don't know all the facts, but based upon what I know of it, it seems unnecessary unless they had agreed to kill any police officers. If not, then it was an independent decision of the murderer.
