I'd like to hear why you think that.

Personally, I wish he were more of a progressive than he is, but I think of anybody he would be the person with the best chance to beat Bush. Decent looking chap, lots of military background, foreign affairs background, and ideas that appeal to a lot of people on domestic issues. The only thing I think that would hurt him is his lack of political experience, but I think his military career makes up for that to some degree at least as far as public opinion goes.
