RAVE ACT in other states?

Does the rave act apply to clubs in California or New York? How can they do that? thanks in advance.

LOL. It's a federal law. Yes, it applies everywhere. Part of the fringe benefits of that whole "union" thing we have in the states. Essentially they can use it when/where they believe it to be prudent.

You mean Texas isn't it's own state?

Amazing! Somebody should notify the Republic of Texas.

well, you could make a strong argument that texas could in fact leave the union. it was its own independant nation that chose to join the union. couldnt it change its mind at any time?

I've heard there was a provision in the agreement to join the union that gave Texas some sort of "out". I think its the part the nutters that want the Republic of Texas cling too. I could be completely wrong however.

Also, Texas could function as its own independent country.
