Why don't we all stop carrying on a big pity party like we lost our best friend that day while at the same time ignoring the pain and suffering occurring all around us on a daily basis? Why don't we stop ignoring the f***ed up foreign policies that ultimately resulted in their deaths? Why don't we turn off our televisions and not allow the broadcasting companies to make big profits from showing those f***ing planes flying into the towers over and over again? Why don't we stop acting like self-centered little brats whose only good deed in life is covering our cars, houses, and bodies with flags that were probably made by children in a Chinese sweatshop? Why don't we stop destroying the fabric of freedom that is supposed to set our nation apart in the name of the people who died? Why don't we stop tearing the world apart and combating their murders by committing even more bloodshed of innocents? Why don't we stop using their deaths as an excuse to send our young men off to die so some Ivy League, over-privileged cretin can spend another four years raping our country?

I hope to whatever god is out there that the people who died in those buildings can't see what we've done because of their deaths.
