Is america really a whole country? That and besides sharing the same land mass. I mean San Fran is as different as NYC as it is from Boston.

America is a compilation of many countries that spans the entirety of North America, Central America, South America and sometimes the Carribean depending on who you are talking to. So no, it is not a whole country dollar or not.
