Sure, anything can be made illegal but can anything be made a crime? No, I think not. A crime has to, at a minimum involve more than one person. Man's law only applies whence another person is involved or affected. Possession is a crime of status, and the only one of its kind. (Yes, I mean possession of anything!) A judgment on status is reserved exclusively to God.

Nevertheless possession crimes have become a ruse to harass and terrorize the people. The 4th amendment of the US constitution, the right of the people to be secure in their possessions, was put in place by the founding fathers, because they were aware of the dangers of run-away government, exemplified in acts by old-world kings. Only too aware of such action in old Europe used to brutalize people, they went one further in specifically drafting the 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms, the first usual casualty of tyrannic governments.

One need not look back too far to find the Salem Witchcraft trials, McCarthyism, slavery etc. As soon as government/society/police target someone on a supposed crime of status, its not a prosecution of the law but a persecution. As such, a defendant against any such persecution, looses as soon as he/she hires a lawyer. There are adequate safeguards within the US legal system for one to defend himself/herself without a lawyer. Representation is simply not necessary, and in fact a hindrance, unless you're charges with an actual crime.

Attorneys have long prospered because of this law. No matter what the circumstances, these blood suckers will coerce, intimidate and delay your case until such a time as you submit to their will. They are not on your side. Their goal in any possession case is to make you take a plea, whether that is some supposed less risky deferred, probated or misdemeanor disposition. Keep in mind, attorneys' take of the possession pie is 1/3 - 1/2 of the costs you will bear in the end. It is not in their interest to help you. The system helps them and they prefer to keep it that way.

As with any unjust government, this supposed crime is used to rain terror on one particular set of people. In the US, close to a million people are victimized by the system for supposed possession of marijuana alone. The majority of these are minorities. No matter what we can all agree the culprits (targets/victims) are easy prey for the police - sick (addicts), dumb, poor and presumed criminals.

The police have to justify their existence by meeting their arrest quotas. Real crimes such as theft, assault etc require actual police work to solve. Society has made it acceptable that these crimes go unsolved - with insurance being used as a cope out. Police are naturally a lazy bunch. They did seek and work for the government after all. So possession fills their quota need. Just as water follows the path of least resistance... Proof: 80% of the case load in state county courts are possession. Society stupidly ascribes to the need for more policing, year by year, increasing their departmental budgets and numbers. Meanwhile the statistics for actual crimes stagnate or increase go unchecked/ignored.

The nature of the crime being a persecution, breeds corruption naturally. The police as beneficiaries amongst others, also extend their hand into the jar, especially in drug rackets as a means of extra income. These activities can vary in degree and sophistication and statistics being harder to forge, I will not dwell much on them. There are other reasons as well.

Think about it: if you were asleep in a park and a police officer reached into your pockets and withdraws his/her hand clutching a bag of drugs in front of witnesses, who can say for sure whether or not you possessed the drugs? Really? Unless you believe police officers are incorruptible, or somehow better than human beings, this should give you pause.

You put enough lawyers in a room, such as in each statehouse and congress, given enough time, they will make everything illegal to some extent or another. No matter how well intentioned initially, any juror can tell wrong from right, good from evil. The laws are too well entrenched and monies too vast. Don't expect or wait for a correction anytime soon. As long as the weak succumb to the system without a fight, the status quo will continue.

The weak have no lobbyists. The weak are stigmatized and frowned upon. It doesn't help that there has been sustained media based mass conditioning in the name of the drug war. This is not a nation of the lawyers, by the lawyers, for the lawyers. So stop accepting whatever you're told and know what is what. If you don't, and fight for your rights, you probably deserve what is coming to you, or at least that's how the system sees it.

So as long as you always do good and avoid evil, the jury is your friend. Fight damn it, or bend over and take it.

Well for the last year and a half i've been very satisfied with my Job. More specifically i`ve been very happy about my hours. I work M-F 11:30am to 8:00 pm. Its perfect because i don`t have to worry about getting up early during the week, which leaves me open for my Weekly gigs. Plus having weekends off works perfectly. Today i find out that my enitre team is being moved to 1st shift, which is either 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm. So i guess now i get to decide. Do i try and change my entire life to fit this change or do i find another job? I know some people may think this isn`t a big deal, but to me it is. I know there are those out there who often do weeklys and still can be to work by morning. I am not one of those people. Well i guess i`ll find out. T

Thank You Full Access!

A M A Z I N G!
Jayson started the crowd off right. The dark techiness started creeping in and everyone started dancing. It was getting hot out there, but started to cool off as the night went on. It looked like Jayson was having a ton of fun - cute smile and dancing - people yelling for him. I was able to get on stage and take some pics of him. Then found Blake in the back and chilled with him and his dad and we all watched the rest of Jayson's set.

Blake got on and I talked with his dad for a while. It was the first show he had ever seen of his son. He didn't realize how big of a DJ he really was. He was taking pics of him and so proud. It was super duper cute. Was awesome to meet him. Blake's set was great progressive! I was dancing away and getting really ready for the finale headliner. He was really enjoying it and can't wipe the smile off of his face as usual.

I sent Armin an email the week before the show and told him that everyone here things that big name DJs play it down for Dallas. Prove them wrong and play a really hard set and make it creative like DJs usually would for Miami, LA, New York. I guess I didn't realize what I was asking for. Armin's set was just insane! He came on strong and he just kept going from there. He was throwing them down. In all the shows I've seen him play, and all the live sets I've downloaded, I had never heard a set like I did on Saturday night. The sound system was absolutely perfect and the bass was rumblin. The crowd was going crazy. I would like to see a little bit of laser action from Full Access, but the lights and screens were pretty awesome. My Armind Angel was flying everywhere on the screens. Armin was loving the crowd and the set and played about 30-40 mins over his set time.

After that, Blake got back on and played for another 30-40 mins outside. I saw a big crowd as Armin and guards walked him to the back of LL. I tried to get his attention by yelling who I was. He didn't hear me and a guard pushed me out of the way. A guy that was carrying his CDs saw me, grabbed my arm and pulled me in. I have no idea how he knew me or recognized me. I wanted to say thanks, but when I turned around, I didn't see him anymore. Armin turned around and saw me and said, "There you are! I was looking in the crowd for you!" I was still trashed at that time and probably acted like a retard. lol He turned me around and saw my Armind angel tat and said, "yep, still there, huh?" A few photo ops and got to briefly talk about his set. He said, "you know, you are my favorite Stephanie!" It was freaking cute and tons of hugs. Armin says, "So your boyfriend opened, right? Will I get to meet him?" I was trying to hurry Jayson to where i was because he had ran off again. lol Finally got him back there and he got to have a talk with him. He also signed his cast - yay! lol hugs & cheek kisses from armin and blake and once we left, I think wolfgang was about done. So we missed him and went to an afterparty.
Fin.

Picture Time! Tons of pics - yay

lots of Jayson Gold!

Well, I had an MRI today so the doctor could determine if I have to have surgery on my shunt to correct some problems. When it got to be about 5 minutes left I begged her to talk to me because the music wasn't helping anymore. It took about 30 minutes after I got out of there before I felt like I could drive.
