WTB: SEGA CD console - Will give top dollar!!

Hi everyone........i'm somewhat of an oldschool game collector. I just bought a SEGA CD + Genesis off ebay, and was totally screwed. The Genesis works fine, but the SEGA CD is DEAD. Doesn't turn on.

I'm terrified of getting back on ebay to look for another SEGA CD, so i thought i'd hit the DDM board and see what people got.

I'm willing to give top dollar for it. I see Genesis with the SEGA CD addon go for an average of 50 - 70 dollars on ebay. I'm willing to give that for just the SEGA CD addon unit. Don't even need the Genesis!! And don't need games....as i still have alot of my old games. (used to own one in the early 90s)

So let me know what you want for yours........i can do cash payment, or if you're a record collector.......i have a super dope collection of Techno and Electro as well. Just hollar at me!

it's the system thats better in america than japan. so many more games came out for it in the us exclusively



you should look out for the "CDX" which os the genesis and sega cd combined , and its actually really small...

i found a sealed PS ONE in my parents attic the other day fishing out stuff for a garage sale. kinda odd. my dad was the vp of finance for a sony dealer so we always had a bunch of new shit like that... guess he forgot to give that one away...

Worst come to worst, try Console Game Exchange over at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco. Those cats have everything from A - Z and then some. Most items are reasonably priced and they even can reference out other local vendors if they themselves do not have it (as they did for me when looking for a "Bride of Pinbot" pinball machine).

Yeah i know the CGX guys. Cool guys. They were working on fixxing a broken SEGA CD they got in for me, but ran into too much trouble with it. It was dead.

Thankfully today i found one in a Pawn Shop. But that's not the miracle.......the best part was for a reasonable price of 35 bucks. I WAS like WTF!!!!! most pawn shops would charge crazy money for just about any dumb item.

Anyhow......if anyone on here still wants to sell theirs though........i'm down to buy another.......I'll have 3 at that point.......and would have enough parts for when this puppy dies.

BTW I also need a Panasonic 3DO (FZ-01 or FZ-10) if anyone has one for grabs! I know they're hard to come by........but i used to have one, and boy they were the shit.

Point is, i'm trying to stay away from ebay and internet sales. Rather hit Craigslist, Other Classifieds, and Forums.
