I'll be wearing a special DDM license plate for the event because of the minimal support, but support all in all.


It's still not too late to donate. Raise money for the unfortunates who have to deal with such awful situations. If you've had a sick loved one, you know what I mean.




Hey guys, I've registered for the Frisco to Fort Worth Bike ride. It's for people who have Multiple Sclerosis. I'm up twenty dollars. My goal is 1k. Guys, this is for a good cause. I don't ask much from anyone, though I know what it's like to have a sick loved one *My father with Cancer*. This is why I'm doing this. So, if any of you are willing to donate.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is dedicated to ending the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis, the number one disabler of adults. The Society supports more research, offers more services for people with MS, provides more professional education programs and furthers more MS advocacy efforts than any other organization in the world. Celebrating 50 years in the fight against multiple sclerosis, the Lone Star Chapter serves more than 17,000 individuals who are affected by multiple sclerosis in 141 Texas counties. All funds are privately raised and 83 cents of every dollar is used to benefit persons affected by multiple sclerosis. What Is Multiple Sclerosis?

Multiple sclerosis (MS) usually strikes adults in the prime of life – between the ages of 20 and 50. It is a chronic disease of the central nervous system affecting the brain and spinal cord. One new case of MS is diagnosed every hour. It comes and goes unpredictably, leaving people to wonder, “Will I become paralyzed, blind or have trouble walking? Will I be able to raise my family and continue my career?”
To help answer these questions and give hope to those living with the disease, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society:

• Supports more MS research, offers more services for people with MS, provides more professional education programs and furthers more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world
• Meets the standards of all major agencies that rate non-profit groups
• Serves more than 400,000 persons with MS – add the people who love and care for those with MS, the number of individuals affected by the disease balloons to 2 million

There is no minimum. No max.

I'm also holding up a seperate donation for a lighter bike. To use in the event. I'm on an old Mountain Bike. (Pink.) Or, if someone has a lightly used bike for sale for road use. I might be interested.

Did you find a bike to ride?

My fudging used bike messed up. I'm doing a Frisco to Fort Worth run in two days. I need to either borrow one, or purchase a used one.

Some one please help.

I got $5 in donations from DDM last year. That was from a "random" person. Someone I knew personally donated around $30.

I would donate, but I already gave to my other friend. Sorry.
