is ownership and applecare transferrable? How do you the whole reformat thing on Macs, are they like PC's(i know theres another word for it, I've done it twice on a PC)

yes, the warranty is completely transferrable. it's good until October 24th, 2007. i made a typo and put 2006.

I paid 2k for my 2.0 512 Ram duo core a few months ago....not a bad deal at all

FYI: It is possible to to run 3gb Ram on this beast.
