The Tascam us-428 comes with the power supply, usb cable, manual, box, drivers and control panel software.
The only thing missing from the original purchase is the cubasis DAW software CD.

The m-audio 410 has everything it was bought with... box, both types of firewire cables, power supply, manual and several software cds.
