I have a one bedroom efficiency behind my 3 bedroom house in downtown historical Grapevine. It has one bedroom, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a living room and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. I'm asking $600, all bills paid. That includes water, gas and electricity. You have to provide your own phone and internet service. I can't have party people because I have kids and the houses are close together. Is it in the same condition as your house? i.e. roof leaks, etc.?

The roof does not leak. Just my house leaks. Although, it does need some work done on the outside like a paint job. It's really nice inside. I think it's pretty fair priced considering the location and all bills paid.

I don't know what your etc. is for since I only complain about my roof leaking, but thanks for being a concerned citizen.

This isn't a bad room for the price and location seeing as how my company is moving over by Bass Pro Dr/635(from what we've been told).

I'd take it if I didn't needa be so close to school.
