Need a place to stay?

My roommate is about to move back to New Mexico since he fails at life in DFW.

I have a duplex in south Arlington by the Parks Mall... I will have a room available next Monday Oct 8th... Its a nice sized room with its own bathroom and walk in closet.

All utilities included. My friend is moving here in December more than likely so this will be a short term lease til the end of the year/semester.

$130/wk.

The room is a bit messy since he is a slob, so I will post pictures after he is out and I clean the place up.

Yep... but he will have to be back sometime next year more than likely, because if he doesn't pay me back I am taking him to small claims court.

Nah it's probably good for both of us... he's been bringing me down for the past year since he has been back, so I will be able to focus on me once again and not have to support a grown ass man who I tried desperately to help out.

I just hope he can get his life together in New Mexico this time, because he has no drive to do anything in life and I just feel bad for him

Yeah that's why I'm kicking him to the curb... he sucks at life... sure he is fun but that doesn't amount to shit if you can't hold a job and have to take advantage of your friends, family, and everyone else that you possibly can.
