My current roommate is moving back to Alabama, so his room will be available on August 1st.

This is a fully furnished duplex built in 2003. It's a pretty nice place and I keep it clean. I will post up some pictures of his room as it is now (hope its not messy) in just a moment as well as the downstairs living area and kitchen.

I'm an easy going non-judgmental guy. If you are a DJ you don't have to worry about the noise, there is a huge concrete wall dividing the two units, so they can't hear shit and it won't bother me.

He currently pays $500/month + half of utilities. Looking for something similar.
