Looking for 1 roommate in a 4 bedroom house (Denton) - Dallas Dance Music - Dallas nightlife, music, tickets, and more

i'm not talking in 3rd person my roommate wrote it.

I am looking for a fourth roomate to fill a room in the four bedroom house we are renting. The house is about 5-10 minutes away from UNT. I am a 23yr old female grad student with a two year old german shepherd male who is very friendly and playful. The other two roomates are Jeremy and Mike (they are very cool guys, respectful and clean) in their mid 20's. Our leas is up the end of this month and me and the two guys are renewing on a 6 month lease, but the fourth is getting married and not interested in renewing.

The house is four bedroom two and a half bathroom, has a two car garage, a relatively large backyard, a diswasher, washer, dryer, you name it we got it. It is furnished in the public spaces but its a decent sized house so any furniture you have is welcome. The rent for the entire place is $1100/ month and we split the rent evenly for three of the rooms, and the fourth, the master with a private bathroom, is higher rent. The even split on the three is $265 and the fourth is $305. We have verizon fios internet, and as of yet do not have cable (it could be discussed if you wanted it), all bills paid of the three even split rooms will run you between $325 in the winter to $385-390 in the summer months.

We are looking for someone to move in at the end of the lease (on or after the 26th), The first months rent would not be expected until August 1st. However there is a $250 deposit due upon move in.

yeah i just went through that, from collin county to dallas county (they still havent finished transferring me) and i had to drive back to beaumont (freaking 5 hour drive and $150 in round trip gas) to sign ONE piece of paper, and then drive back...so that doesn't look promising.

We're def looking for a place to stay with roommates...I'll talk it over with Zack and see what he thinks. I could get transferred to the Best Western in Denton.

What would you think about having a couple as roommates? I know some people that shy away from it because of the drama, but we don't really have any drama, just the occasional bickering.
