Dont know ya but just want to wish you luck in your search, I am in the same boat. Was formerly a CADD supe in a structural engineering office. They took on some big accounts and tried the staff up at the last minute thing and after 6 months the upper management still couldnt get there shit together. I quit after working 55-90 hour weeks for months.

I have been searching for almost 4 months now. I haven't got much feedback from my resume, but you have way more experience than me so i would assume your chances are much better.

One of the lamest thing about my employers was that they wouldn't hire people with alot of experience because they believed they would be set in their ways and not conform to the companies practices. So lets hope for your sake you dont run into alot of that.
