Sam and I have a 2nd bedroom for rent. $500/month all bills paid. He works at night, I work during the day, so it's fairly quiet most of the time. We need to keep the roommate cash flow coming in so that we can still get married in October. Help.

Ps: I'd remove the part where you say he works at night and you work during the day. That means one of you will always be home and the new person will never ever get any alone time.

$500/ month all bills paid seems like a good option. Sam keeps this house as clean as possible and it's in a great location.

If you need a place to stay, hit them up.
