The leases on the rooms are completely separate so this means you never have to worry about anyone else being late on the rent. The guy that you will be roommates with is an RTVF major at unt and he's really cool. I've lived here for a year and loved every minute of it. It's a PERFECT place for a college student. Dogs and cats are allowed as well as smokers. You will get free access to a 24/7 computer lab, the gym and pool, a tanning room, and a car port.
