New in the box. 2) BOSE 802 $1200 for the pair. Normally they run $799 each. I also have 7) used Bose 101 series 2. for $25 each. These would be great on the patio or the garage or really cheap dj monitors for the bedroom. And a bunch of odd n end Bose accessories.

those are great speakers. I think your garage would have to be the size of a basketball court for those things. You really need the panaray controller for them and the sub cabinet for them to sound right. I would love to have them but I dont have the cash, or really a place to use them.

I need some new monitors, those 101's might do the trick, but I hear they have no bass whatsoever. Do you have a dirt cheep sub sitting around that you could toss in with a couple of the 101's to use as monitors?

They have some bass but not alot. They are very small. but they do sound great.

^you have to be joking. Even the consumer stuff is great. Bose panarays are amazing if you set them up right. The wave radio is over priced crap, but thats not the point.

IF you want studio monitors, I always tell people to get some decent computer speakers. 100$ for something on sale is usually loud enough and clear enough.

People in the business used to say that all the time. They have SERIOUSLY kicked up their r&d in the past 5 years though
