What is minimum pay rate you are willing to work for? Once my company moves in another month, we'll be looking for new people. (actually I think they are doing interviews now)

as long as its over $7 an hour i'll take it, i need 2 get a job by feb. 1 else i get kicked out my house :/

Just a small red flag for me here. Not trying to pea in your kool-aid here but are you filing them out in crayon or something? Lots of places are hiring. My roommate get let go from his and in three days had one job and an interview for the other job he now works at. Told both jobs exactly his situation about getting let go.

Whats your job history, experience, ect...

i dont know what it could be, i mean i dont get a job and quit 3 days later, i usually stick to them for a long time, and i dont wanna say its because of my criminal record, i dont have a criminal record, just a warrant. but they dont check that do they? i would think they check after im hired...but maybe im not looking in the right place

You might want to investigate your references and see if there are any bad ones you need to weed out. It doesn't hurt to check.
