what kind of price? one week order is fine just more concerned on price... Thats why i mentioned i am down with used as well. I would also need another mixing board, not dj but a small mixing board so the efx 1000 would not cancel out my efx on my djm 800....

I was thinking about selling my current mixing board to buy and newer updated model but only if I can see my sound card too. I'll keep ya posted if I do.

okay sounds good my friend keep me posted. It would only be used as an added input to avoid interruption on my efx unit on the 800... because if i install the efx 1000 into my mixer it would cut off my efx unless i have my efx into another mixer. feel me?

Not really. I don't see why you couldn't use them together but I don't use either piece of equipment so I really don't know their finer points. It's a mixer/usb interface so it might not be the right solution for you.

because u have to go through ur djm 800 to install the efx 1000... in order to use the efx 1000 u have to have your efx controls on ur 800 set to send return and need to press the button in order to do that which eliminates those efx. I wanna have them simultaneously. Know what I mean?

That's strange that it works like that. Sorta see but at the same time don't at all lol. The 1000 hooks up to the 800 doesnt it? Like arent they designed to work together?
Possible you're not hooking it up right?

I wanna hear some of the shit you do if you seriously need all the efx on a 800 and 1000 at the same time... Sounds intense. efx-500s sell on CL and ebay for good deals all the time.

thats just the way it is.... pioneer users who take it to the extreme get frusterated with this. the only way for the 1000 to install on the 800 is to plug it in to your send return. in order for your send return to work you have to adjust the knob of your efx selector to send return and press on. once you do that your efx 1000 is now capable to rock yet all your other efx are not, the one that are programed to that section. feel me? so the only way to eliminate that is by buying another mixer, not a dj mixer, but a mixer MIXER so i can utilize all efx. its a project most def. is it all figured out yet? no, but it will. And it'll be sick. Just gotta get it back.

I still don't get why it wouldn't work. Are you saying the onboard effects on the mixer do not work if you're using the send/return? That doesn't sound right but again I don't use that specific mixer.
