cool, i use it with my Apogee Ensemble. With the Lightpipe/ADAT card, i run optical cables between the 2 and the Ensemble sees 24 i/o instead of 8. It's badass.

if it's any consolation.. that mixer with the adat is a great deal. if i didn't already have one, i'd snap it up in a heartbeat!

what are you moving towards now if i may ask?

I just don't need all those channels. I am doing most of my studio work @ a larger studio now days, and they have a 65 trident board and loads of badass outboard gear (universal Audio, manley, urei, etc.). I'd rather someone use it than not.

On a side note, The compressors and EQ's on this board are AMAZING and along with an interface you could basically have a separate pre,compressor, and eq for almost every channel in your mix. This is a great deal.
