It's time I started looking for a roommate.

My current lease ends in March. I'd like to find a roommate to share a nice loft or flat in downtown/deep ellum area.

Must be accepting of and willing to live with dogs and dubstep producers.

I'm willing to move to a two bedroom in one of the four buildings managed by my leasing office for immediate move in or wait till the end of the lease to move to a different set of lofts.

Must be:

Employed (preferably a working professional)
Clean
Does not sell drugs
Capable of using common sense
Considerate of roommate's belongings (Do not touch my studio/I'll help you setup your own workstation)
No Tweekers or Heroin addicts
No cigarette smoking inside
No clownstep

I'm interested. I have one request though and that I get my own bathroom and there is a strict no entry policy. Also, I'll need a small, safe storage closet preferably detached from the house for storage of certain chemicals.
