Profile pictures must be 100x100 pixels/97.7 KB or smaller.

To edit your original photo you'll need a photo manipulation software similar to Adobe Photoshop. You can download a trial program at:
http://www.adobe.com

You can search for freeware or shareware photo editor programs at:
http://www.tucows.com/
http://www.download.com

The DDM admins can't really help you too much with this so you'll have to google it to find how to edit your images. Usually if you can find a really friendly person on the forums (especially Useless Blabber)to help you with this then you're in luck.
