If using IE Explorer... 1. Go to the top menu and click on "Tools" 2. Click on "Internet Options" 3. A gray box will pop up. Click on "Delete Cookies" 4. Click on "OK" 5. Log off DDM via http://www.dallasdancemusic.com/forums/ You should be logged off! |

Unfortunately I don't use AOL myself and I can't tell you how to do it on AOL's browser. I'm certain there is an option for deleting cookies from within the AOL browser but I don't know exactly where. I'm sorry you are not happy with the site and caused you to get upset. We work very hard to make everything as easy and as usable as possible. Our pictures section didn't go "bad". It simply grew too large so that we had to move some of the old pictures. All the old pictures are still there. You can find them at this url: http://www.dallasraves.org/albumarchive/ The reason things can't just "stay the way they r" is because the site is constantly growing and continually get more and more hits. As such we have to change things and adapt to accomodate the higher load on our servers. Rest assured we are always doing everything we can to make things run as smoothly as possible. As for deleting your cookies, this is only something you have to do once. Once you've done it you'll be able to log out as usual again. |

there was only a option to delete files...not cookies.

Heya, I found these instructions online for the AOL browser. Since I don't have it myself I can't verify how accurate they are but please test it out and let me know. Thanks! 1. Go to AOL sign on screen 2. Click on the settings tab on the toolbar at the top of the screen 3. Click Preferences 4. Click on "Internet Properties (www)" 5. Find "Temporary Internet Files" and press the "Delete Cookies" button 6. Click on "Delete Files" and check the delete all offline content, press OK 7. Close the browser 8. Open browser and try again |

After you deleted the cookies and temporary files did you close the browser and then open it and try again? If you did and it's still not working make sure you go to Tools -> Internet Options... then click the Content tab. Then click the AutoComplete button. Click the Clear Forms and Clear Passwords buttons. Close the browser and then try it again. Let me know if that does any good... Thanks... |
