**How do I get a picture on my profile?**

First off, make sure your image is 100 x 100 pixels in size. And that the image is a .gif or .jpeg.

1. Go to the main forum page : http://www.dallasdancemusic.com/forums/

2. Click on "USER CP" on the top left, it's located next to "user pics" You should be in your User Control Panel

3. Click on "Edit Profile Picture", it's located on the left under "Settings and options"

4. You can enter the URL of your photo, OR upload a picture from your machine by clicking "browse"

5. When you're all done, click on "Save changes"

You're all set! You now have an image in your profile.

Ahh... but, is it not configured to allow them in the forums, too? Most boards seem to do that (although, I only really hit VJ boards, so... they may have different habits.)

Avatars are turned off on the forum and posts themselves, they only appear when someone clicks your profile link.
