![]() | What do the Plump DJ's, Chris Carter, and Mr C. have in common?
........ They are all diggin' the 2nd release on Sober Music. SOBER 02 KiloWatts-"Reflective Deceptor" KiloWatts-"Reflective Deceptor" (Carbon Community RMX) KiloWatts-"Ideal Chameleon" (Johan SOH RMX) Here’s what some folks have been saying about the record: Mr C The A2 mix is a nice slice of electro – so good I can even stomach the vocals’ (Carbon Community 8/10) Plump DJs ‘The original blew me away the first time I heard it – fantastic!’ (Johan 9/10 Carbon Community 8/10 KiloWatts 6/10) Chris Carter (TCR) ‘Blimey! Proper music innit! Quality vocal, very effective mixture of musical texture. Carbon remix makes me wish I could body pop without causing myself shame!’ Iain Taylor (Tribal Sessions, Manchester) ‘Sound of Habib take the crown!’ (Johan 6/10 Carbon Community 8/10 KiloWatts 6/10) Know How Records, Camden ‘A side is cool – sweet sound! (Johan 7/10) Jay Cunning (Breaks FM/Menu Music) ‘Really like the johan's remix, really well produced and sweet vocals!’ Gabor Toth (Gong Radio, Hungary) ‘In the bag!’ Ann D ‘Brilliant release from Sober, hard to choose a fve mix as they all work well on the floor’ Disposable Breaks DJs ‘Fave track definitely the Ideal Chameleon remix, have played this out a few times now and it's nice to have a vocal track which is tasteful and not cheesy – cool bassline and some nice little touches here and there, a little like Rennie's Comin Up for Air - does well on the floor...’ 3 Beat Records, Liverpool (Johan and Carbon Community 8/10) Check your local record shop! Enjoy! Dave www.sober-music.com |

Nice! I dig the original and both remixes almost equally, very well suited for my schizo music taste. BIG UP SOBER.

Right on guys! I have been jamming that track since last summer. I have that four track cd you guys did. Reflective Deceptor was always my favorite one on there. Nice to know it is on vinyl now. *checks piggy bank*
