i usually don't (very rarely) give out handouts to bums, usually cause i think they're full of shit or they piss me off. this one bum however offered to clean my car, and he looked depressed, but i thought i didn't have any $ on me. Justin said that when we left he looked like he was crying. then like five min later i noticed i had a couple dollars so we went around looking for him, hence the remark.
i never found him, however i did end up chasing a few bums down the street that looked like him. It was an interesting night.
