A guy threw out his cig butt there, the wind carried it to the plastic, b/c polyamerica is made of alot of plastic, and it burned down 100,000 worth of damage. DO u think that negligence is common among intellectuals, common ppl, or what? how many of you throw out cig butts without thinking about things? does intelligence have anything to do with it? my brother is mentally challenged and he puts out my cig butts no matter where we're at, also remembers to put his seatbelt on all the time, is he smarter in ways? think about it.
