The Observer has done a feature article on female DJs in the Dallas area for the latest edition. You might recognize the person on the cover...  [Eat your heart out Dr. Hook] The girls from Suck My Deck are included in the story as well. Might as well be an all around Sand Bar reunion! Might as well mention the next gigs. Next Thursday 7/21 - Mixed Bag @ Crave DJ Sturmovik and I spin the outside deck of Crave every 3rd Thursday of the month. Appearing weekly inside are Michael Hale and Nobody. Saturday, August 6th - Rocket Radio anniversary benefit @ Crave Live PAs by Chant and Initialization String. DJs Per, Sturmovik, Vendetta, CodeBlue, 0-minus, Simon, Uhm, Mist, and myself. And of course, every Friday night from midnight - 12a on KNON 89.3 FM.

I sleep late otherwise I would have posted/promoted this earlier. AWESOME article... really puts focus on the talent not the tits. So glad that it included our local girls who have serious skills. Check it out check it out check it out, all these girls deserve the recognition they've received. I'll post this in a formal thread tomorrow but, here is the Guest DJ list for the Rocket Radio show on KNON (89.3 FM) as it stands so far. ***(July 15th there will be TWO guest DJ's, spinning separate, not tagging)*** July 15th - DJ Simon (Hard banging Trance... NICE!!!) July 15th - DJ Mist (MORE Psytrance) July 22nd - O Minus (Asked to come back to spin that DnB we love so much) ***(July 29th there will be TWO guest DJ's, spinning separate, not tagging)*** July 29th - DJ Vendetta (invited back but, it will be a bit different this time around with a hint of a tease for what he'll be spinning Aug 6th at the KNON Benefit Show at Crave) AND the same night... July 29th - DJ Code Blue (invited to bring back the darkness) August 12 - Jesie Sneed (spinning "dark and dirty" breaks just how i like them) August 26th - Proctor (get ready for some incredible sounds) September 9th - Jason Gold (whatever he wants to spin!!!)
