Zúbar Celebrates Nine Years of Dallas Nightlife

Close your eyes and imagine the rhythm of pulsating Brazilian music, the provocative passionate movement of samba dancing, and sexy adulterated radiant costumes. Welcome to the euphoria of Tudo Bem (Portuguese for “all good”), Zúbar’s anniversary party celebrating nine years of nightlife in Dallas. DJ Megawattinho (Miles Morris) spinning the ecstatic sounds of Bossa Nova and Samba while live percussionists drone the pulsating beat. Swirling samba dancers evict passion and rhythm against a backdrop of Pickles and Pi Productions mixed media from the true Carnival in Rio. Ladies in fantastical body paint, created by artist Thornton, and costumes and décor ignite sensory overload.



A pioneer of modern, progressive parlor, Zúbar has made its mark in Dallas history, introducing new trends, concepts, sounds and technology. It has poured champagne for international celebrities and created new personalities with local talent. It was also nominated for “Best Lounge” in the nightclub industry magazine Club Systems International.





Zúbar, continuously introducing the city to new sounds, technology and icons in the DJ scene for the last nine years, is located at 2012 Greenville Avenue (Lowest Greenville). Hours are Monday through Friday from 5pm to 2am. Saturday and Sunday from 6pm – 2am. Happy Hours (all beers, house selected wines and house selected spirits are $3.00) are Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 10pm.
