| Hello from Clubplanet.com...
Hey all, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and Track Entertainment to everyone after winning the auction for dallasdancemusic.com. First, let me start by saying that we all think you have a great web site and community here and we don't intend to do anything to disrupt that. We hope to see it keep growing, and plan to work with all the members to do that and improve your experience on the site. Also, we have a strong privacy policy and will not sell or rent your personal information to any other third parties. So, now a little bit about us: Track Entertainment is the parent company for the web sites we currently run, which include: www.clubplanet.com, www.cooljunkie.com, www.wantickets.com, www.nochelatino.com and www.newyears.com. Track Entertainment also produces events for corporate sponsors and produced the Ultra Music Festival in Miami last year. We're based in NYC, with additional offices in Miami, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. (And soon, Dallas/Ft. Worth) We've got a great team of people here too, including Gator who works in our Miami office and will help us to ease this transition. Personally, I'm DaVe from the Clubplanet.com message boards and have been running those for many years. My partners and I are very happy to be a part of the new DallasDanceMusic.com community. don't mind the initial responses you will hear about people being upset that jeremy didn't win.... they will get past that and everything will be fine i'm sure... and jeremy and the things he is involved in will continue to prosper i'm just glad you outbid the uropa guy, that would've been horrendous |

Also just wanted to add my own Hello. My name is Nick and I'm the founder of CoolJunkie.com. Track Entertainment acquired my site earlier this year, and since then we've seen fantastic growth in our community and a great amount of support from my new partners. I'm also the Creative Director of the company and will be working with your own Gator to give the site the design overhaul that the previous owners requested as part of the sale. if you can add up a seperate part where we can upload and archive dj mixes from local djs... that would be PERFECT! and they tried out an online streaming radio of local djs as well... and it was good but it didnt last long.. if you can hook that up then that would be great as well oh and add the "now playing" feature to our posts again... where we can type what we are listening to at the moment... that should be easy |
