![]() | DJ Monarch Mixes 4 Download - 2002 thru 2005 Here's most of the ones that seem to be popular, all together in one thread and no following links to other websites! ![]() Note: Applies to all mixes Format: MP3 Bitrate: 192 kbps File Size: 110 MB Length: 80 minutes Deep Addiction Mix 2002 This deep house mix has lots of jazzy elements, some vocals, and goes well with sunshine and wine. I made it back when I had a girlfriend, so this one is a real panty-dropper! Sunday Afternoon Mix 2003 This deep house mix keeps your feet moving with groovin' bass lines filled with soul. It makes for great background music will enjoying the company of friends. Blue Ruby Mix 2003 This deep house mix picks up the pace a little bit...providing more dancefloor friendly tracks, which tempt your "shuffle" and "techy" tastebuds. This mix goes well with Jack & Coke! Eatin' Sushi Mix 2003 This jackin' house mix is a favorite. This was my first mass-distributed dj mix, with over 300 copies put into the hands of friends. Its chunky, funky, and makes you smile. Please listen with loud sound systems, and cute girls who love to eat sushi!!! Keep on Keepin' on Mix 2004 Appropriately named, this deep house mix keeps you moving and grooving with its up-tempo percussions and rolling basslines. It was mass distributed during the beginning of 2004, while trying to promote the Dizzy show @ Minc. Its a quality mix, with good track selection and programming. A favorite of many...I hope you enjoy! Satisfied Mix 2004 This tech-funk house mix is basically a tribute to my dear friend Brett Johnson, however there are other tracks from the likes of Demarkus Lewis, as well as artists from the 20/20 Vision label. Its got lots of bass, and makes you feel like you're dancing inside a video game! Broke Down Mix 2005 This mix contains deep, jazzy and soulful broken beat house (some with vocals), and has a little bit of deep and soulful 2step and twisted funk at the end. Its a mix that I'm very proud of because its a sound that I've just recently begun to understand and appreciate...thanks to an amazing act I saw at WMC2005 by Bugz in the Attic. I would like to dedicate this mix to Bonehead at Landing Pad Hi-Fi (thanks for opening my mind!) Deep Jazz Mix 2005 This mix goes deep, deep into the heart and soul of house music. It can vary between something that sounds like funk, disco, jazz, bossanova, ambient, whatever as long as its deep and makes you smile. Its soothing, loving, warm, and makes you want to close your eyes and remember the good old days. Falling Mix 2005 I made this as a demo for an eclectic deep techno producer/label owner in Dallas, to show him the variety in my house collection. Some tracks could be considered deep techno or deep electro, but they definitely quality as house in book. They are all deep, but cross genres and styles and are individually unique tracks that usually don't fit in with some of the more generic sets I do...which makes them all fit well together in this (shorter than usual) blend of electronica. Second Wind Mix 2005 It's called Second Wind because it was made after a long night of drinking, at which point I gained a Second Wind and made this mix, which turned out pretty well...and thus was used (to some degree) as the opening portion of my set for the DJ Buck party. Connection Mix 2005 One of the mixes I'm most proud of, and specially made for my friend JV, this one really gets you moving! Its true techhouse, not techy-sounding house. Its deep, but pumpin' at the same time...great driving music! Its got the percussion elements, the rolling basslines, the synths, the stabs, the classic tech sound. Tribalation Mix 2005 I through this one together because I wanted to sharer some music with those who were interested in hearing some tribal house. I don't play these records very often, so I couldn't really do much on the programming side, and thus tried to crank through as much as I could, getting over 30 tracks into this one. Its got some great tracks, and covers a broad range of tribal-sounding house. ENJOY!
