Daz is the main man behind Bugz... he engineers and produces all the output from them... Seiji and Thy Lord being the other 2 main players.

I am pretty sure this is the first West London cat to make it to Dallas. When Miles, myself and Bonehead were playing these tunes no one gave a flip about this stuff. not even the drum & bass kids sadly. and Dego & Marc Mac aka 4Hero, Domu, Seiji and Carl Craig (well his Bug in the Bassbin track on innerzone orchestra single) are some of the main reasons why this 'broken beat' thing is huge nowadays.

stoked he's coming... hope people in dallas will be a bit open minded and not stand around when the rhythm's aren't 4 on the floor.

Well I knew he was one of the main guys behind it, but I like that they all do a little something to add to the group. Hence the comment that one out of 9 (or it may be 8) is good enough for me.

And yeah I've been of fan for a long while & it's a shame they don't get more hype. Those boys are fucking awesome.

i feel ya brother. i have been banging my head against the wall for 6 years trying to get people into brokenbeat. a lot of people like it when they hear it, they just don't give it a chance unless they are forced to

not sure what i would classify bugz as these days though, they kinda moved beyond the whole co-op thing, as did almost everyone else involved

i was lucky enough to be in london in the winter of 2000 and got to go to co-op right when they were first starting things up. it was one of the most forward thinking nights i've ever experienced
