Why does seven not really get big shows that often like the lounge? Seven is a freaking fantastic club, the set up rocks, and the atmosphere is awesome. Well atleast thats my opinion.

But will bigger names be coming there anytime soon!?

Beacuse most of the people that hang out at Seven are wannabe yuppie retards flossin like they make $200k a year when they are pullin down more like $18k a year.

I've seen big names at Seven before they remodeled (Danny Howells, Burridge, Parks & Wilson, Deep Nova, etc). But since they've made the change I hear they're catering to a different crowd now.

They do have big shows there. Even since they have remodeled. I saw John Digweed there a few months back. Sharem of deep dish will be playing there and a hand full of others..

i will always love that venue though. it's so small that it makes for a fun night. it just gets insane when it's too packed. i'm one that loves to dance.

SEVEN was barely my crowd back in the Jay Winborn days and it is nowhere near my crowd now barring some choice House shows when MINC / ZUBAR aren't available.

The staff treats some folks that have class with the least amount of class and the feel and layout just isn't conducive to a good time as even the old layout was.

Just my 15 cents.

Damn they must have some dicks for staff there. Are they worse than the LL? I remember the staff at the old Seven being cool as hell.

never had a problem with the staff, i just don't like the place.

I'm indifferent about the Sound there as well.

I've never had a bad experience at Seven, it's a great venue. Resse & Tim are cool as hell, & other than the Security controlling the VIP areas, which is their job, I've never seen anything out of the ordinary for a venue. Scheduling from a promoter's perspective can be tough to work around, but all in all Seven is a great venue.
