I remember it was the Friday of conference '05 and we were chillin at my place reading through the party listings wondering what the fuck we were gunnu do that night cuz for some reason nothing was jumping out at us or most of us were already broke or something. And I had never heard of Matthew Dear and then you popped one of his CD's in and everyone was like... YUP, THAT'S IT!!

Easily one of the best parties I've ever been to... vibe was off the richter scale!! Fire Marshall was at the door regulating entry. Probably 200 people crammed into an 85 person venue with 2 extra floor-to-ceiling speaker stacks. Over-the-top!!

He just played here a few months ago and it was pure sonic intensity yet again.

DO NOT MISS THIS ! ! !
