Weirdness is fading. Dallas needs another "SOA patio type" outlet for ambient and mashed up recordings. Can anyone tell me of such a venue? I would like to get a sunday full of food, friends, amd foolishness again. Perhaps even for one night. We can summon Bonhead and a few other freaks to fill the evening. I hate to think the tweekers won. Is there no more love for the unusual? Ye Gods! Let the strange be counted.

but skippy is right we DEFINTIELY need a new ambient weekly.

i know cyberina is doing downtemple once a month on sundays at minc. but once a month isn't enough!!

let us find a new dank wharehouse that we can do the party until sun-up (we're on the hunt) and we'll definatly be calling upon the Landing Pad Hi-Fi to freak out the stragglers and run-aways.

he did at 5am once at Moontunes, by Decibel....Shit Charlie even played a weird set that night....Some like Breaks from Planet Neptune or something...Ol Space Cadet was playin Bubble Beats I guess you could say....It sounded like bubbles and then a beat would form outta it...it was cool, we were all fuct...He played some Banco de Gaia, Orb & Other Good Ambient Trip-Hop...It was bad ass....
