While this may be the rule, I don't agree with it.
A mother who's job is in the same spot doesn't necessarily give the same/more attention than the dad that travels.
And if she's pullin crap like this she doesn't deserve to have custody.

Even more sad is that the kid is in the middle of all this. Just way too much to the story/scenario that is not kosher in anyway.

And it's not his fault that he has had bad luck lately. A person should be able to live without being robbed, heldup, or have their child kidnapped. Don't blame the victim for shit that dumbasses pull.

That's like saying someone that got hit by a drunkdriver shouldn't have been driving because they should have known that there was a possibility of it happening.

sorry, but if you repeatedly have break ins, and thefts going on around you, 9 times out of 9 it's someone you know. and usually there's a certain habit that's involved as well. the odds of someone just being that unfortunate are pretty much slim to none.
