A little over a month ago, Locklear and I were contacted to fill in for someone that was unable to attend to their gig at The Absinthe Lounge. It went over well enough that we decided we wanted to do it again and officially in a once-monthly type of setup.

We believe that tech-house music goes a little too unnoticed in Dallas. It seems to me like this could be changed, and we would like to help make that happen.

The venue is located in the basement of the South Side on Lamar building, near The Palladium. It is an atmospheric little place with a good lack of bright lighting making for a really nice vibe. As the name implies, they do serve Absinthe.

We will keep a calendar going with the specific dates we make this happen and hopefully if things go over well next week put up some good pictures too.

This is the first time I'm trying to do something like this in Dallas, and I'm a little anxious to say the least. Nevertheless, I would not be putting myself out there if I felt the product being delivered wasn't something impressive. I urge you to come check us out and decide this for yourself.
