DIRECTIONS

From Dallas, head east on I-30 to Mount Pleasant. (About 115 miles depending where you are coming from).

Exit #160 to Highway 271/highway 49 and turn right. Watch your signs through Mount Pleasant and stay on 49.

Continue on Highway 49 approximately 17 miles to Daingerfield. Watch your signs through town and stay on 49. Continue on Highway 49 approximately 8 miles until you are just past Hughes Springs.

(There is a 4-Way stop at the intersection and it is right next to the Wildflower Inn and Cafe. Great place to stop for food. Decent price, large quantity, home made, damn tasty.) Turn right on FM 2612 Loop.

Continue about 0.5 miles. Turn left at the "Love Chapel Cemetary" sign. (The County Roads are not marked very well if at all out there. Just watch for the Love Chapel sign, it's easy to spot.)

Continue about 1 mile. Road will merge with another, stay left. Continue about another 0.5 miles. (You will go past CR 2987 on your right but not as far as the Love Chapel Church on the left.) Gate will be on your left and not easy to see until you are right on it. There is a green "Underground Cable" box very close, watch for it.

People from other locations, use the intersection of Highway 49 and FM 2612 as your way point. It is just south east of Hughes Springs and north west of Avinger. Find your best route to that location.

B.Y.O.Everything (food, beer, water, smokes, headphones, tent, bug spray, etc. etc.....you get the point....b.y.o.e., just so you know, beer store is a tad far from the campsite, you might wanna stock up before gettin to the party ok...)

This will be a CAMPING PARTY!!!
Please do your best to come prepared!

{PACK OUT WHAT YOU PACK IN PLEASE} this is on a friends land & we really wanna keep it looking the same way it did before we got there so we can do more...

-bug spray
-toilet paper
-tent if you are camping
-trash bags
-flash light for night
-food thats good for camping
-ice chest & ice for beer & food
-clothing (daytime & night, might be cooler at night, bring a hoodie)
-bring bongos if desired
-a good attitude
-beer (cans preferred)
-shoes
i'm sure I left out a ton of stuff, whatever else you think you need

I will be there thursday during the day setting up for whoever is helping with deco or whatever that has nothing to do thursday, if you help, then ofcourse you are in ok, cool, pm me your name so i know though, also we will be doing a staff party thursday night for a couple b-day boys!!!
Obviously I will be there friday morning & all day, for those who are setting up that day..

things to remember when heading out: spread the word

the store is a bit far from the campgrounds, i would advise you do your shopping & stuff before heading to the campgrounds, plus the road in is small, we dont want alotta in & out traffic...

We will have porta-potties for your pooing needs, please be clean for the next person to use

We have a parking lot kinda, please dont park by stage area, which you have to walk through a trail of christmas lights to get to from the parking lot, if you wanna camp in the field (stage area), you can drive in to unload & go park your car back in the parking lot please.

We will have waivers for everyone attending to sign, please be patient at the gate & sign your name along with your email address if you want for mailers..

50% of all proceeds go to Armadillo Acres to help better this venue & help put in bathrooms!!!!

Dogs are allowed, but clean up after them & dont let them bug everyone, respect please!

we are not your parents, please act responsibly so everyone can enjoy themselves

if you are drinking, cans preferred, if you got bottles, bring cups please, if you gotta keg, cool beans!!! id might be asked to see, so dont get mad, we are covering our own ass, drink resaponsibly...thanks

cool news, everything is good with the land owners! we dont have to worry about a venue change this time!!! thank goodness...this place is so beautiful, lots of nature & lots of great camping grounds!!! the place im putting the main stage is perfect, a big opening surrounded by trees!!!
