Pointbender


PointBender is the solo project of Grey music member and label frontman Sean Anderson. The PointBender project focuses on minimal music with lots of swing and character. Often Synth driven and strange his music is sharp with a twist of nonsense. Sean started performing the solo live PA in September 2007 at the Southern Junktion Music Festival and has since played various venues across the globe. His debut album will be coming August 2009. Be on the look out for a series of releases on his home label as well as inspired collaborations in the near future.

Gift Culture resonates a titillating mixture of worldly and astral
sounds. The Gift Culture project is based on sounds, imagery, and art
derived from DSP technology, analogue synthesis, and computer-based
non-linear editing. Gift Culture attempts to share his explorations in
this multi-dimensional space; to evoke sonic textures from samplers
and synthesizers; a journey to discover their "voices", so to speak,
using such techniques as granular synthesis, spectral resynthesis,
FFT/IFFT based spectral morphing and interpolation, and whatever other
exotic algorithms he can coax out of his myriad machines. Gift Culture
is signed as an artist and released his album entitled "Terraforming"
with Psymbolic--sounds.

Ah, I see that my beautiful wife has beat me to the annoucement of the Daily Juice signing on as a food vendor. I don't believe they will be providing any of their raw food dishes, but as she said their elixirs/smoothies and chocolates are out of this world. You people think you have had chocolate, well their's is far better than anything I have ever had.
