yes they do but they give you like a free drink or something for it...not sure about that though, but yes, you will lose your tie if you wear one up there.

Yes, if they cut it off, you get a free well drink, or domestic draft beer. Drink specials may or may not be included.

I used to work there, and cutting ties is the shittiest ever. I say we get a huge group up there and do it.

haha yeah only during lunch though...but most people don't throw them on the floor anymore, thank god.

And, I had a family get up and leave b/c I told the dad that he couldn't wear a tie, and he could either take it off, or we would have to cut it off. He got all pissed, saying he was a preacher, and didn't have to take his tie off. I told him it was restaurant policy, and that there were 2 signs before he even sat down stating that. They left, but oh well, they were prolly cheap anyways.

And Charlie, it wouldn't surprise me if they went under, Trail Dust is a shitty restaurant, run by even shittier people.
