Is this a private event or open to the public, beside the riff raff.

Going to be taking care of my son while is mothers goes out tonight. Bars in Fort Worth close early so when she comes to pick him up. I do not feel like driving out to Dallas for an after party so is this party. One ( an after type party) Second ( is this open to public ).
