Greetings and salutations,

The time has come once again to gather the very fabric which holds the Psytrance scene together in the U.S. and celebrate one of the BEST things in life.... " GEMINI ".

I've talked to alot of people on my travels last year and danced with a great amount of brothers and sisters unifying on the dancefloor. The energy and pure joy of the communities that were created at these events brings happiness to my heart in knowing the togetherness we share.

On these adventures, I got to hear and talk to the next group of Sound Shamans who will bless us with their infinite wisdom of the communicative nature of the message in the music on the Main Stage. Some are pioneers of the scene here in the States, some are fresh talent, who are the future of our glorious family. I also connected with a decor artist ( Shane, Touch Samadhi, N.Carolina ) who will show off his unique talents together with a couple of hometown deco heroes ( Infinite Chaos/SpinJam Andreas, EyesMind Tony, and Chris of Synchronize ) to bring GEMINI to HIGHER HIEGHTS.

The Chill Area will be managed by Blue Spectral Monkey who has had many years of experience bringing the right vibe to gatherings. He has all the resources he needs to bring something together that we have never seen at GEMINI to date. The lineup will consist of people who are not playing on the Main Stage to ensure a proper voyage of a unique kind at this Area.

GEMINI 08' will be held on June 13th - 15th at the same location as last year. Full directions will be out a week before the show. And as most of us know, like the BEST things in life, GEMINI is a free gathering. I don't make flyers for this event, e-mail and word of mouth makeup the family that attends this show. And this show is like NO OTHER. There is plenty of camping space for everyone, bathrooms with showers, a restuarant and saloon with a small marketplace, and the Feather River to swim in..... Happy Happy Joy Joy!

We will have 2 special guests with us from afar this year on the Main Stage and 2 or 3 at the Chill Area. I will keep the Main Stage Live Acts secret as not to taint the reasons for those who come. It will be a " BIG SUPRISE " for all. Let the rumours begin!

There will be a Ritual by Shanti and Friends on Saturday at 4:40pm before the music starts at 5pm. The Main Stage will be shut off from 12pm to the Ritual. During that time, the Chill Area will be in FULL AFFECT, we will have Belly Dancers grace us with their talents.

As for the lineup on the Main Stage, I have it almost complete. I will list the people who know their playing and then list the folks who I will be asking. Since GEMINI is a free gathering, I'm going to need a few poeple who can fly themselves out for the show and or pay for part. Here is the list;

Everyone who went to AUM fest last summer we are going to get together and go to this. So start planning! Looks like we are going to have to fly into Reno or Sacramento and then rent a car. I was told it's about a 2.5 hour drive from Reno. Not sure about Sacramento. I have heard nothing but positive things about this gathering. Shit is going to be so much fun.......

Well atleast this gathering is FREE FREE FREE. WE just need to purchase airfare soon so it doesn't get any higher...

flight would be cheaper than gas. iono, i got about 4-6 weeks to decide how i am going to make this work.

until then i am going to just continue thinking about packing up all this shit in my house for the move.

People on tribe are talking about renting a van and driving. Getting there before it starts and staying after. So about a week long trip.. I'm thinking I'm going to fly. Airfare right now is about $285....

LOL... Don't you wish you could just wave a magic wand and have it all jump into boxes and organize itself while you did other things??? Somebody needs to get to work on that, pronto.


I hope you can make it work. I'm pretty determined to make this happen... in parallel to getting moved out by July.

i was thinking about going to flipside, but this seems like its gonna be a lot more fun... plus i've never been to northern california.
