dude its worth a shot....honestly that place is run so shabbily from a security standpoint that i bet if you went there to eat a late lunch and then busted a sneak move into the main room you could get in....just keep your g love ticket handy and if anyone gives you shit just pull it out and play dumb

Well I can't get there until 7:45 or so anyway. So I guess we'll just go and see. Gonna go over to Cafe Rembrandt, park there, grab a beer or Absinthe, and then walk over. If I get to catch Bob it's cool. If not, no biggie. Saw him last time he came through.

love this guy... his first shows in Mpls way back when at the Uptown... he was underage but loved gin & tonics... wound up getting off the stage and chasing waitresses around the bar... crazy.... next show (couple months later - the Uptown show was sold out with lines down the block) at 1st Ave sold out in short order - all ages - so they sold a second 21+ show... I had tickets for the first but if you were 21 you could stay for the second... first show he did that first record pretty much in order... second show... went on for three hours... in the crowd.... passing the mic.. passing numbers... getting fresh with the pretty girls in the front... was exhausting and a blast... so... if people are sitting on the fence... this cat is a performer like no other
