n00b - Baltimore transplant to Dallas
Hi, My name is Scott.
This past week, my wife and I found out that we'll be moving to Dallas around December. We're both 29 and have been part of the mid-Atlantic (Bmore/DC) EDM scene for the past ten years. I DJ from time to time and have made the rounds of clubs in the Bmore/DC metro area, and hold a monthly residency at Shorty's Martini Bar (formerly owned by Charles Feelgood). Music tastes are with electro, breaks, fidget, tech house, and lounge house. But can get down with some dnb and dubstep. No tranz please... its almost 2010.

We're looking to move to the M Streets area of Dallas and rent for a bit before buying another house. Good idea?

Anyways, just checking in to say HI and to see what's good in Dallas.

Not sure if there are a lot of rental properties in the M streets. Last time I checked, several years ago now, the M streets required serious coin to get into.
